If you think you would require more bandwidth or storage space you can sign up for the ADVANTAGE or BUSINESS plans which cost $6.97 and $14.95 per month respectively. The ADVANTAGE plan offers 250 GB of storage space and allows for 2,000 GB of data transfer per month. Included in the monthly cost is the registration fee for 2 websites along with the ability to host an unlimited number of domains under the same plan. The BUSINESS plan gives users the ability to store up to 300 GB of data and allows a monthly transfer of over 3,000 GB per month. The plan also comes with 5 free domains and can host an unlimited number of domains under the same plan. The plan also gives customers the options of hosting their website on either a linux platform or a windows based platform. Each of the plans has a 1 or 2 year minimum contract.
Included in all the plans is the ability to use the Net Firms AppUniverse which allows you to setup additional features on your website with a few clicks of the mouse. The PLUS plan also features $25 worth of Google and Facebook ad credit while the ADVANTAGE and BUSINESS plans both come with $50 of Google and Facebook ad credit. If you would like to develop features and applications on your own you can take advantage of the support provided for popular programming languages such as PHP and PERL. Only with the BUSINESS plan do you get support for ASP and MS-SQL.
All plans also feature a web based control panel through which the websites can be managed. If you would like to setup an online store or setup an e-commerce website that is only possible with the BUSINESS plan. All plan also come with a 30 day money back guarantee.
For firms that require a more powerful solution Net Firms offers Virtual Private server plans starting at $34.95 per month for 512 MB of dedicated RAM and 20 GB of storage space.

Net Firms provides its customers with a toll free number and online support center incase they face any problems. The support center provides step by step instructions for a variety of topics such as web based coding and domain management. While the information on the site is useful it can be made more detailed and in depth to offer true value.
